Just over an hour away from Chamonix is the famous Swiss freeride resort, Verbier. The most famous of the ski resorts within the 4 Vallées ski area, it is part of an enormous ski domaine where you can ski 410 km of pistes on one lift pass.

Verbier offers a different perspective of Mont Blanc and its surrounding moutains and magnificent views over the Matterhorn and the Rhône Valley.

Famous as one of the European host resorts for the Freeride World Tour, Verbier boasts countless incredible off-piste spots for you to discover. It is recognised as one of the top spots in the world for freeride skiing, and is definitely worth at least a day trip from Chamonix!
